Welcome to our modern apartment, lovingly furnished with great attention to detail. The open maisonette offers plenty of space to relax and feel good on 76 m².

In the upper bedroom, you will find a king-size box spring bed for restful sleep, while the second bedroom is also equipped with a king-size bed. In the living room, a comfortable sofa bed provides additional accommodation for guests.

Start your day with a freshly brewed coffee from the NESPRESSO machine or a tea and enjoy the view from the balcony.

The fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare culinary delights, while the dining area with a view of the "courtyard" ensures enjoyable hours.

A workspace is available for productive work. The stylish living room with Smart TV and soundbar offers you entertainment at the highest level.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower. A washing machine and dryer are located in the storage room. Fresh towels, bath towels, and toiletries are included.

A baby travel cot and high chair are available in the apartment upon request.

You have access to the entire apartment. Feel right at home!

We are not on site, but we are always reachable to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

High-quality bed linens, towels, a welcome set with coffee, tea, milk portions, and a small toiletries kit are included. Salt, pepper, oil & vinegar and starter kits for the washing machine and dishwasher are also available.

Optionally, you can request and book a late check-out or cleaning during your stay for an additional fee – just ask us!

House rules

1. No smoking. Violations of the smoking ban will result in a fee of CHF 250 plus the cost of special cleaning and damage repair.

2. Check-in is from 3:00 PM, check-out is by 11:00 AM at the latest.

3. No parties or excessive noise. Noise monitoring systems may be installed in the apartments to monitor excessive noise.

4. Pets are not allowed, out of consideration for allergy sufferers.

5. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

6. Number of guests according to booking: Unregistered guests exceeding the booked number are not permitted. Prior contact is required – otherwise, we reserve the right to terminate the stay.

7. Guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys.

8. Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the premises and facilities. Please report any damage immediately. Damage to blinds that are not raised during a storm, strong winds, or thunderstorm will be charged to the guests.

9. Please leave the oven clean. A special cleaning fee will apply for excessive soiling.

10. Booking a reservation implies agreement to adhere to the house rules. Guests who violate the house rules are liable for all resulting damages, fees, costs, or expenses. Failure to comply may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction from the apartment without refund.

11. Commercial photography/videography without written permission, as well as illegal activities, are strictly prohibited.

Additional services: Late check-out: A later check-out is subject to availability and can be booked upon request at an additional cost.

Mid-stay cleaning: Additional mid-stay cleaning can also be booked upon request and at an additional cost.

A parking space is available for your vehicle in the underground garage, so you can park comfortably and safely.

If you are arriving by train, you can reach the apartment in about 10 minutes on foot from the train station. Thanks to the central location, all major Swiss cities – Bern, Basel, Zurich, and Lucerne – can be reached within an hour.

If you prefer the bus, it stops right in front of the building entrance to the apartment (stop: Tell / Kantonalbank), making your arrival even easier.

Location & Surroundings:

Langenthal is the center of the Oberaargau region, a small town in the heart of Switzerland’s Mittelland, serving as a junction for transport routes to nearby Bern, Basel, Zurich, and Lucerne. The highway is approximately 10 minutes away.

The location couldn’t be more central: all amenities, restaurants, bars, and shopping options are within immediate proximity.

The apartment is located right by the Kunsthaus, with a great view and just a few minutes' walk from the train station. The region offers numerous excursion possibilities. We are also happy to provide tips, which you can find in our guest folder after booking.

Even in winter, there are many excursion options: ski resorts like Adelboden-Lenk, Meiringen-Hasliberg, and Engelberg Titlis are quickly accessible, as are cross-country skiing trails in the Jura, Balmberg, or Weissenstein. The festive Christmas markets in Solothurn, Bern, Basel, and other cities are also easily reachable.
