House rules

1. Non-smoking apartment: Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. Violations will result in a fee of CHF 250, plus the cost of special cleaning and any damage repairs.

2. Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM, check-out must be by 11:00 AM at the latest.

3. Peace and order: Parties and excessive noise are not permitted.

4. Noise monitoring: Systems for measuring noise levels may be installed in the apartments to monitor excessive noise levels.

5. Pets are not allowed in the apartment, out of respect for allergy sufferers.

6. Nighttime quiet: Please respect the nighttime quiet from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.

7. Number of guests: The number of guests must not exceed the number specified in the reservation. Please contact us in advance if you would like to invite additional guests.

8. Lost Keys: Guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys.

9. Please leave the oven clean. If it is heavily soiled, a special cleaning fee will apply.

10. Damage and Loss: Guests are liable for any damage or loss to the premises and facilities. Please report any damage immediately.

11. Commercial Activities: Commercial photography/videography without written permission and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
